We are so blessed to have found Donna! When we started planning our vow renewal, I really didn’t know anything at all other than I wanted to do it. She communicated with us frequently, we scheduled a call to discuss plans and she spent so much time listening to what we were thinking. The ceremony was incredible, (although rainy so we had to change plans quickly) but it was still so magical. Donna was such an incredible celebrant for our wedding and an absolutely perfect fit for us as a couple. She did a fantastic job incorporating our requests into the ceremony and made the whole wedding feel extremely right for our love story. The ceremony she wrote was absolutely beautiful. She was even willing to meet us in Dublin beforehand for a bite to eat and a chance to get to know each other before the ceremony! And as a queer couple as well, Donna made us feel incredibly seen and welcome.
More importantly, she was incredibly kind – going out of her way to make my partner and I feel welcome. My partner and I eloped without any family, meaning that the ceremony was only Donna, us, and our photographer – and Donna’s genuine joy at our ceremony and celebration of our love was something that really underscored the absolute perfection of the day. We clicked really well, and beyond the gorgeous ceremony, Donna was a great conversationalist and such a beautiful, loving person.
